Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

When your box ships

The Poke Post is a monthly subscription. Boxes ship on the first Monday of every month. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your box is on its way.

 

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all subscriptions within the US.

 

Order tracking

Once your box ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

 

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, please contact us at info@thepokepost.co and we'll work with you to resolve it.
