All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through The Poke Post are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, duplicate purchases, or dissatisfaction with box contents.

By completing your purchase and subscribing to The Poke Post, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kaden@thepokepost.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any subscription period already billed, whether or not the box has been shipped.

Giveaway and Sweepstakes Disclaimer

No Purchase Necessary. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning any giveaway or sweepstakes conducted by The Poke Post. Giveaways are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

To enter any giveaway without purchase, send a hand-printed card with your name, address, email address, and date of birth to: The Poke Post, 3671 W 950 N, Lehi, Utah 84043. One free entry per person per giveaway period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

All giveaways are administered by The Poke Post and are subject to separate Official Rules, which will be posted at the time of each giveaway. The Poke Post is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or any related entities.
