How are giveaway winners chosen? +

Winners are drawn live on our TikTok stream on the last Friday of every month. Entries are weighted by subscription tier — Champion subscribers receive 5 entries, Trainer subscribers receive 2. Anyone can tune in and watch the draw happen in real time.

When does my subscription ship each month? +

Envelopes ship in the first week of each month. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your envelope hits the post.

Can I cancel anytime? +

Yes — cancel anytime through your account, no questions asked. If you cancel before the 1st of the month, you won't be charged for the next cycle.

Do you ship outside the US? +

We currently ship within the US only. There are no plans for international shipping at this time.

Are the cards authentic? +

100%. Every card is sourced from licensed distributors and verified authentic. We never include fakes, proxies, or damaged cards.

Can I give this as a gift? +

Absolutely — just enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. Gift subscriptions are available for 1, 3, or 6 month terms.

Which booster sets are included? +

Packs are drawn from the Scarlet & Violet era and Mega Evolution sets. The specific set varies month to month — part of the fun is not knowing exactly which pack you'll get.

What's in the monthly insert? +

Every envelope includes a folded insert with three things: Market Watch (cards we think are trending), Lore of the Month (a Pokémon story or deep-dive), and a Mini Game (a word search, crossword, or trivia grid). See more about the insert →
